“My previous job was never really a great fit for me. I wasn’t interested in the work and so I couldn’t really serve my customers in a way that they deserved. I got to a point where I needed to do something that I liked.”

“I knew I didn’t like where I was woring, but I had no idea what I was looking for. I was just searching job boards and found job postings for a real estate professional. I took the CCI assessment, which helped me figure out my strengths. I liked that they wanted to know a lot about me to make sure I was a good match.”

“My first year was difficult, but I knew it would be and my manager was honest about that from the beginning. I’d feel discouraged sometimes, but my fellow agents had my back. I could always find help and that led me to success after success after success.”
